Page 1 of 5 The main scientific-technological objective of this Programme of Activities consists in the consolidation of an interdisciplinary research, training and cooperation programme which will allow a better and more contemporary approach to the cultural and social problems related with the production, validation and distribution of scientific and technological knowledge and practice.
The Programme of Activities is based on the close relationship between multi-disciplinary and inter-University Research Activities; the doctorate training Activities and, equally importantly, the science-society Activities and coordination and distribution plans. Each one of the Lines of research mentioned below, which go to make up the basic framework or structure of the Programme, therefore includes transverse cooperation plans between lines in the area of doctorate training, the establishing of international networks and results distribution mechanisms, in the global framework of science-society cooperation.
